1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Astridgreg Cleaning Services LLC for residential or commercial cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Services & Estimates
All estimates provided online, by phone, or in person are free, zero-obligation approximations based on initial scope and square footage. Should the scope or on-site condition materially differ (e.g., severe remodeling debris or hazardous materials), we will consult with you before proceeding.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that emergencies and schedule shifts arise. We kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice for appointment rescheduling or cancellation by contacting 541-350-1453 or Astridgreg35@gmail.com.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We pride ourselves on our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any cleaned area does not meet agreed specifications, the client must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return promptly to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.
5. Property Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access to the property (water and power functioning, pets secured, and alarms disarmed or provided with clear operating codes).
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, imagery, and content published on this website are the intellectual property of Astridgreg Cleaning Services LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
